Have you also updated the graphics hardware drivers? ( I know, seems like a blanket question, but relavent all the same).

Do you have all of the updates installed correctly - (Trick question) The updates for Civil 3D are iterative in nature and should be installed in chronological order (oldest first followed by the next generational update), but not before installing all of the "built on" technologies updates such as AutoCAD, Autodesk Architecture, Map 3D respective to the year/ version of Civil 3D - I know that you might not have stand alone installations of these software suites installed but in lieu of that, the updates as shown in area of you software, need to be installed, as they are implicitly installed to operate Civil 3D 2019.ĭoes this happen to all users, on all machines, and with all drawing files?.Can you describe step for step the behavior you are experiencing?.I have some questions, as I might be a bit confused: What symptoms is it that you/ your users are experiencing?
